Hi, my name is Thilo and I am 15 years old. My hobbies are riding a carriage as well as my bike, hanging out with friends, listening to music and enjoying my free time in general.

I'm taking part in this project because I love meeting new people, especially from different countries. I found out that I am into this, because I have travelled to foreign countries with our boyscout group. You can have a lot of fun with me, because I am simply a friendly guy.

Hey, I'm Dave and I'm 15 years old.My hobbies are sports and going out with my friends. I like making new experiences as well. That's the reason why I'm taking part in this project. I'd like to widen my horizon and making new friends. I hope we're having a good time.

my name is Niklas and I’m 15 years old. I live in Mannheim, also known as „city of squares“ (you will find out the reason).

I’m a friendly and calm person, but I also like communicating and having great conversations with nice people.

One of my hobbies is computer programming. I like programming software and web applications because of the pleasure of making things that are useful to other people. However, don’t worry - I promise you that I’m not a computer geek! :D

Another hobby of mine is photography. I love taking photos of landscapes and animals using my digital single-lens reflex camera (in short: DSLR Camera).

Photography and art are great ways of expressing emotions and I'm really curious to get to know lots of individual artistic and photographic styles.

My favorite subjects at school are Business Administration, German, Photography and especially History because I like to learn more about the history of our quite interesting world with all its people and cultures.

I take part in this project because I want to gain new experiences and I enjoy exploring new countries and cultures.

I hope we‘ll become good friends and enjoy the time together! :)

AUSRINE

My name is Aušrinė. I am a 16 years old girl, who loves art – from photography to creating music. On my free time I like to make photo sessions with my friends, film interesting moments of life of the city or nature using modern technologies and also old film cameras. I like to paint and create abstract art, to paint with watercolours and to draw people also to read biographies of famous artists, photographers, to visit exibitions, write reviews of them and share them on the internet. Photography and painting for me is a way to express my view of life, to show other people how it is to see everything through my eyes. I hope to do something related to art when I get older. My other hobbies are travelling, reading books, playing the guitar, spending time with interesting people and writing poetry and short stories. I really look forward to participating in this project, because I believe that it is a great way to improve my english, find new friends, share the same interests with them and to become better at photographing and painting.

My name is Austeja. I‘m sixteen years old. I have two amazing elder brothers, Mum and Dad. I really love music, I probably couldn’t bear a day without it. The music I listen to is a bit different from the one that most people do. I listen to something like „Rolling Stones“, „ Doors“. I‘m going to the Drama studio called „Vaidyba“ at school where we act, talk about the texts that we are reading and analyze them. I like it but I don’t know how long I will keep going there. I play the saxophone, which is really easy to do. I think I like writing, I really like theater and F1. My favorite artist is Egon Schiele. I also want to study Latin language. I really don‘t like math classes, I am just not into it. I think I‘m confident in myself and smart. I like to make pranks and I really laugh a lot. As almost everyone in the world I love „Harry Potter”and „Lord of the Rings“. Also one of my favorite films is „A Love Song for Bobby Long“.

DARIJA

Hello, my name is Darija, I live in a village called Mastaičiai, which is in the south of Kaunas. I'm 16 years old. I like to take pictures of everything, what is beautiful or interesting for me. I have an amateur camera, which has been very helpful to me since I have it. Before that I was taking pictures with an old camera of my parents. But now, when I have it I can expand the imagination, I can make full use of the possibilities of camera. So my creation work is much freer, more diverse, wider. I really enjoy the time which I spend taking photos and I would like to find more people who can share their minds about photography and other things related with it. Also it would be very interesting and also difficult to talk in another language, because it's not very easy to say what you think clearly and correctly from the first time. Usually we need to make a good sentence in our heads and then say it. I know I will meet new people in Germany, so I really want to make new friendships, also develop my language skills and to spend time with new friends.

Hello! I'm Erica and I'm already 16 years old. Why do I participate in this project again??? Well, I still want other countries and cultures to know better our Lithuanian culture and keep good communication between us and also improve my skills as an artist.

A bit about me :) I'm a friendly and kind of brave person, I really love communicating with other people, I like to discover new things not only by seeing it but also by taking a photo of it.. My hobbies are listening to music, reading books, painting, dancing (actually it's more like priming in front of the mirror :D), watching films... And yea, I really love laughing too.... So it won't be sad with me, I PROMISE :D But choices for hobbies aren't so ordinary, for example, if we take music, I love the 80s, chill, sometimes alternative rock, a bit of pop and more. But I really can't stand electro, dub step, heavy metal and something like that. And I don't usually read books without love; I believe that love should be everywhere! All this kind of stuff is like conveying myself and it is usually arts. It just tells the way I am.

I hope we'll find something in common between us and become good friends :)

Can't wait to meet someone who I could talk to through art.

My name is Goda. I'm 16 years old. I’m friendly and cheerful. My hobby is singing, reading books, dancing and drawing. I go to art (drawing) school.I like walking and traveling. My favorite lessons are Art and Music. I like pop music like OneRepublic, Beyonce, Imagine Dragons... I have a little brother whose name is Domas. He goes to the same school, he is in class 3. He plays basketball. I’m in this project because I want to gain new experience, get new challenges. I hope that the time which we will spend together will be interesting and full of fun. I expect we will not just learn something from this project but we will find good friends and have a great time.

My name is Greta. I‘m 16 years old. I‘m not a fanatic of photography but I take my camera into my hands with a great desire on my free time. Usually I take photos of nature, urban, all my friends and everything that I like. I used to attend photography courses. I read literature of photography that is my theoretical knowledge source. Me and my friends often visit modern art and photography galleries where we do photoshoots and look for ideas. I don‘t plan to relate my future‘s activity with photography, but taking photos is a great way to express myself so I would like to improve my skills. Also I would like to try taking photos not only of nature and people but also of moto/auto events, sport competitions and other public events. I really look forward to participating in this project because I believe it will help me to improve my skills, communicate with interesting people and improve my English.

Hello,

My name is Ugne. I’m 16 years old and I’m in this project because I believe that I will learn and see a lot of interesting things.

Art takes a big part my life. I like painting and photography, but I prefer painting, because I believe that photography too is limited by reality and when you paint you create our own reality. Most often I paint by gouache or oil paint. I like watercolor but its colors is too brisk to me. Academic drawing with a simple pencil is my nightmare. In my opinion, it takes too much patience and cleanliness.

My favorite artist is Francisco Goya. I love his paintings and his history. Another artist who I like is Yves Tanguy. His art is so lonely and simple but full of fantasy. From more nowadays painters I’m impressed by Jean-Michel Basquiat. His drawings are so silly that even genius. Currently I’m very interested in Spain and Latin art. I like Frida Kahlo, Pablo Picasso. I love how colorful, passionate, lively their art is. Minimalist is my favorite photography style. I think it’s amazing that something is so simple and so impressive.

So, I hope we will have a lot of fun, learn a lot from each other and become good friends.

I' m lithuanian girl Victoria and I am 16 years old. I like everything which are connected with art. I like playing with instruments , like to visit exibition, draw, sing, look old and uncoloured films, creat personal album. But what i love the most is photography. I can stop the most wonderful moments .I feel the beauty's and creativity's needs . I want to learn to realize my perception of beauty through art and photography. During these arts I can express my view of life. It is very intresting for my to travel. I am fascinated by other cultures, architecture and streetlife. So I look forward this project. I believe, that it could help me to try to attain my future purpose. I hope, i could share my ideas with others, whose interests are similar.
